How to check or find if there is any outside user in the wireless network?

Assuming that the user is connected using DHCP correctly follow the steps to check if there is any outside user in the wireless network and also fix to fix the issue –
Explore the browser and input the IP address of the default gateway. For that go to Start, then run and type cmd. Type config and then press enter.
Enter the router’s username and password. If there is any problem in logging-in then there is certainly problem in the account or it being used by a outsider.
Go to the Administration tab to reset a new password if the user is having default user name and password.
To find who is on the network follow the steps –
Explore and move to the Setup page of Belkin web access.
Move down and enable the ‘DHCP Server’ and continue the process.
Below the main tabs click ‘Status’ followed by ‘Local Network’.
Next click on the button of ‘DHCP Client table’ which tells the computer name connected to the DHCP Network.
